What do I need to do to sign up for lessons?
The best way is to call us. We’ll explain our programs and schedules, and happily answer all your questions. We can schedule your first lesson(s) over the phone, or you can choose to make an appointment to discuss it further. Once we decide on a day and time for your first lesson, we will ask you to prepay the first lesson, which can be done over the phone via a credit card, in person or with a check by mail.

Can I just stop in and sign up?
We are certainly happy to see you at any time, and will be pleased to show you the school and explain our program in person. Please call before you come, just to make sure we are not in a meeting or busy teaching. We would like to give you our full attention when you are here.

What is your cancellation policy?
Students schedule their lessons from week to week, and we ask that students adhere to the schedule once it is set.  Constant schedule changes are not good for continuity and will not help the student’s progress.  If, in a pinch, you need to change or cancel a lesson, please give us 48 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for your lesson. 

Do you have a set schedule that you can mail to me?
No, we do not have set schedules. All of our classes and programs can start at any time of the year. Schedules are mutually agreed-upon between the school and the student. Exceptions may apply to playgroups, workshops, etc…., please call us for schedules on groups in progress.

Do you have classes all the year round?
Absolutely. The only week we are closed is between Christmas and New Year.

Do you have a recommendation about what language my child (or I) should learn?
Yes: The language you are most passionate about. (Whether there are family reasons, travel plans, an intellectual affinity or professional goals, you should feel a connection to the language and culture that you wish to study.)

Can anyone learn a foreign language?
Yes! Anyone, at any age, can learn a foreign language, and enjoy the process too!
